By downloading, installing, or using Blind.Codes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description

Blind.Codes is a desktop application that captures your screen on demand and uses AI to analyze and solve coding problems. The App is intended for personal, educational, and professional use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account

You must sign in with a GitHub account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each account is linked to a single device. Creating multiple accounts to obtain free credits is prohibited.

4. Credits & Payments

New users receive 5 free credits upon signup.
Additional credits can be purchased in packs (Starter, Standard, Pro).
Credits are non-refundable and do not expire.
Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
Abuse the free credit system by creating multiple accounts.
Resell or redistribute access to the App or its AI responses.
Use the App in any way that could harm Blind.Codes or its users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and branding associated with Blind.Codes are the property of Blind.Codes. AI-generated responses are provided as-is and you may use them freely for personal or professional purposes.

7. Privacy

Screenshots are sent to our backend for AI analysis and are not stored. We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service (account info, credit balance, device ID). We do not sell your data. For more information, contact us at support@blind.codes.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated solutions. Use them at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blind.Codes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Unused credits will not be refunded upon termination due to a violation.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
